This interactive thematic museum explores the historic link between Minas Gerais and the mining activities that made its fortune. Narratives were thought to both entertain and inform, using audiovisual, immersive contents and objects.
Art directed by Marcello Dantas, this brand new museum opened in 2010, having at its core is the revitalization of an existing minerals collection.
The building is the result of an accurate restoration, carried out by Pritzker Prize winner Paulo Mendes da Rocha.
Artitude was responsible for planning, developing and creating scripts for interactivities, panel texts and all communication.
